| Mr. Clark is a Registered Professional Geoscientist with over a decade of international experience across exploration and production environments in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and North America. Most recently, he held technical roles with Appian Capital Advisory's Base Metals division and Allied Gold, where he led precious and base metal projects from grassroots discovery through resource definition. His background includes managing multi-country exploration portfolios, applying modern geological and geophysical techniques, and contributing to projects supporting the European Union's critical metals objectives. Mr. Clark previously served as Grit's VP Exploration. |

Dani Palahanova CFO |
| Ms. Dani Palahanova is a CPA, with over 20 years of experience in managing and leading finance and accounting functions of publicly listed Canadian companies operating internationally. She has held positions as CFO, Controller and Corporate Secretary for various junior exploration and technology companies in Vancouver, and is the founder of Ascenti Business Consulting Ltd., which provides financial management, corporate governance and regulatory compliance services. She was an instrumental member of the finance team that supported Asanko Gold Inc. transition from a late-stage exploration company to a mid-tier gold producer. Ms. Palahanova holds an Executive MBA degree from Simon Fraser University, Beedie School of Business. |

Jeremy Poirier CHAIRMAN |
| Mr. Poirier brings nearly two decades of capital markets experience in the natural resource and technology sectors. He has served in various senior officer and corporate development roles at exploration mining companies. From September 2016 through December 2019, Mr. Poirier was CEO of Bearing Lithium Corp. and was instrumental in the Company's acquisition of Li3 Energy. Prior to Bearing Lithium, Mr. Poirier held senior roles at Pure Energy Minerals Ltd. Both Bearing and Pure Energy projects were sold to large multination companies, and both projects are now under construction. Mr. Poirier was previously CEO of Grit Metals. |
